- Note: First 2 Execs at $1500/mo with additional execs added at $1,000/mo + GST each.

Quarterly Strategy Days
Best for SMEs with a managed team needing regular focus.- Full-day quarterly Planning Sessions
- Review and reset 90-day priorities
- Facilitation of strategic issues and problem-solving discussions
- Leadership Development Training
- Tailored to the specific needs of your organisation in terms of Agenda, duration, development topics and strategic discussions.
- Every Workshop prepared in full consultation with your Leadership Team
- Note: Pricing is based on a typical full-day Workshop plus travel and accomodation. Agreed fixed price for each Workshop, if deliverables are adjusted.

We’ll document the program and give you access to our resource centre, coaching platform and set up some pre-work – ready for your first planning session.
We’ll facilitate a simple Planning Session with you to build a clear Annual Plan, cascaded into 90-day priorities to enhance execution.
You’ll join our rhythm of weekly Momentum Calls, monthly 121 sessions, focused group workshops and online learning sprints to keep strategy, planning, development and execution on track.
With a simple dashboard and traffic-light system, we’ll track progress together so you stay focused, accountable and confident you’re moving in the right direction and making progress on the things that matter..
