1. What happens in a 1:1 coaching session?

Each coaching session runs for 1–2 hours and is focused on your most important strategic and operational issues. We’ll use proven frameworks and tools to help you solve challenges, set priorities, and build confidence in your decisions.

2. What are Learning Sprints?
Learning Sprints are short, focused 6-8 week online programs (3–4 per year) designed to build capability in key areas such as leadership, execution, and strategy. They combine structured content with practical exercises so you can apply what you learn straight away. They are a combination of online Training, supported by weekly webinars and group calls to answer questions, build on content and engage with other business leaders.

3. How do the weekly momentum calls work?

Momentum calls are short (15 minutes), structured check-ins that keep you accountable to your priorities. They help maintain focus and ensure you’re making consistent progress week by week. They are weekly (or fortnightly) cadence and are at a set time each week. This is all agreed with you in advance.

4. What happens in the monthly group workshops?

Workshops bring together a group of business owners and executives to work on common challenges. They typically run for 2–3 hours and combine new insights with facilitated discussions and practical problem-solving.
