- Note: First 2 Execs at $1500/mo with additional execs added at $1,000/mo + GST each.

Quarterly Strategy Days
Best for SMEs with a managed team needing regular focus.- Full-day quarterly Planning Sessions
- Review and reset 90-day priorities
- Facilitation of strategic issues and problem-solving discussions

- Tailored to the specific needs of your organisation in terms of Agenda, duration, development topics and strategic discussions.
- Every Workshop prepared in full consultation with your Leadership Team
- Note: Pricing is based on a typical full-day Workshop plus travel and accomodation. Agreed fixed price for each Workshop, if deliverables are adjusted.
