Program Structure
Quarterly Strategy Days are delivered as an annual program, meeting every 90 days. We use your existing Strategic or Annual Operating Plan as the foundation (or help you create one if needed), then cascade that into quarterly and 90-day priorities. Many clients also add an extra session mid-year for deeper strategic review or annual planning.

From $5,000 + GST per Quarterly Strategy Day
Includes preparation, facilitation, a leadership capability module, and post-session follow-up.
Travel is charged at cost. Additional support for strategic plan development, diagnostics, or documentation can be scoped separately.
