Before our initial meeting we will send you a series of practical and thought-provoking diagnostics for you and your team to complete so we can understand the current state of your business and readiness to change, pinpointing key opportunities and issues. Each diagnostic allows you to benchmark your business against global averages. Our initial Diagnostic Phase will include:

We will then get you to do some essential planning pre-work so that we maximise the time during our workshop. You will complete some simple online forms supported by detailed video instructions.
Using the results from the diagnostics and prework, Russell will facilitate a 2-hour meeting to help you complete a NOW-WHERE-HOW analysis to:

Our Program doesn’t end at the Planning Session as we want to assist you in the Implementation Phase through access to our online Accountability Prompts and comprehensive range of free Business Resources.
Of course, we are also available to provide on-going coaching and accountability support, if required. This is an additional investment.
