Use our final workshop for 2022 to work on taking a contrarian view of emerging trends looking at innovations that leaders should embrace and for setting your goals and plans for 2023. Too often, we see business owners doing their planning for 2023 in February of 2023 and as a result their plans are often superficial and lack the "grunt" required for growth. Start the planning process at our workshop and you will have time to reflect, revise and refine your plans prior to implementation.
